Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Frosting(Gluten Free!)

Hi Everyone!  Yesterday our grandparents came over, and I made Peanut Butter Cookies...with CHocolate Frosting!  :D  
They were REALLY good!  And they're gluten free!  Oh, and if you have a peanut allergy, I think they would work with sunflower seed butter or almond butter.

Here's the Recipe:
COOKIES:
mix 2 cups peanut butter, 2 eggs, and 2 cups of water together.  Roll into one inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 F for about 15 minutes.  Let cool before frosting or eating.
FROSTING:
Melt 1 stick of butter.  In a bowl, beat together butter and 2/3 cup coca.  Add 3 cups powdered sugar(or as needed) and 1/3 cup milk(or as needed).  Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
