1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
6 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  1. Melt the butter or oil in a saucepan. Stir in the cocoa powder and remove from heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, honey, salt, baking powder & vanilla.
  3. Pour cocoa/butter or oil mixture into the egg mixture and mix well.
  4. Add flour and whisk until there are no lumps (I find using a hand mixer works great).
  5. Fold in the nuts (if using).
  6. Pour into a 9×9 square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-23 minutes.
Coconut Cream Recipe 
1 can of Coconut Cream (14 oz)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat coconut cream on high.  Slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla.  Beat until light and fluffy.
